The Renault Grand Scenic (2009-2016) belongs to the third generation of the Scenic.

This vehicle was officially presented at the Geneva motor show in 2009 and went on sale in may of that same year. It was marketed in several countries, including France, China, Brazil, and Japan.

This third generation came to market with its long version of five or seven seats (Grand Scenic) and its short version (Scenic) five-seater.

The Renault Grand Scenic (2009-2016) uses the same platform as the Renault Megane III. Account with dimensions of 4,55 meters long.

THE ENGINE OF RENAULT GRAND SCENIC (2009-2016)

The Renault Grand Scenic (2009-2016) had four petrol engines and four diesel engines:

- Fuel:

• 1.2 TCe 115 HP and 130 HP with a six-speed manual transmission.

• 1.4 TCe 130 HP with a six-speed manual transmission.

• 1.6 16V 110 CV with a box of six-speed manual transmission.

• 2.0 16V 140 CV with a box of six-speed manual transmission or automatic with varied continuously.

- Diesel:

• 1.5 dCi 95 HP and 110 HP with a six-speed manual transmission. The 110 HP also had available a box of six-speed automatic transmission.

• 1.6-litre dCi 130 HP with a six-speed manual transmission.

• 1.9 dCi 130 CV with a box of six-speed manual transmission.

• 2.0 dCi 150 HP and 160 HP with a six-speed manual transmission. The 150-HP was also available with a six-speed automatic transmission.
