History of the BMW Z3
This BMW Z3 arises after the BMW Z1. This is the vehicle that was in charge of recovering the production and development in the case of the biplazas sports. This model is inspired by the BMW 507 that was manufactured from 1955-58, a model which for many is the most beautiful car. Design of the BMW Z3
This vehicle is a model two-seater that features a front-engine longitudinal and traction on the rear wheels. It is a model that is available in two body types. On the one hand, the convertible version with canvas roof and which receives the name of BMW Z3 Roadster and, on the other hand, the version of the same closed which is known under the name of the Z3 Coupe, which went on the market two years later.
Nor had the same dimensions. So in the version coupe is equipped with dimensions of 4025 / 1740 / 1305 / 2445 mm, while the option convertible doing the same with 4025 / 1690-1740 / 1290 / 2445 mm.
From 1997 is incorporated into the system of automatic control of stability, as well as the traction ASC+T that makes the car not to skid.
