NOTE: normally in a kit of xenon tends to damage the bulb and not the ballast. If you have a kit and will not work try first to replace the xenon bulb.
A quick way to check if it's the ballast or the bulb is changing a lighthouse on the other, that is to say, to the lighthouse that it all works correctly you put the headlight bulb that does not work. This way there will be only two possibilities:
1-If the xenon works: it has damaged the ballast.
2-If the xenon doesn't work: it has damaged the bulb (which tends to happen in 80% of cases)
